What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is a real life game, where you and you friends, have to work together to solve puzzles, open locks and get out of the room.
Is this something like haunted house?
Similar to haunted house, in NoEscape you will find a themed room that you need to interact with, but escape room’s role isn’t making you scared, we want you to use your brain and skills, and not to be only a spectator.
In escape room you interact with the room, in haunted house the room interact with you.
What happens if we cannot solve any of the puzzles in Room?
Dont worry. If you have difficulties solving puzzles, game master can help you. He is watching your every step through his cameras.
Will there be other people in the Room with us?
There will be no strangers in a room. When you book with us you get the Room exclusively for your group.
Is there an ATM in the area?
Yes! Nearest ATM is located just around the corner!
What happens if I am late for my Escape Room experience?
We strongly recommend to arrive 15 minutes before the game starts.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reduce your group’s time in the escape room.
Please note, if you are late, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to play.
Can I add people to my booking after it's confirmed?
No problem! Any extra person (up to maximum room capacity) is allowed to pay on arrival!
Do you issue refunds?
Unfortunately not. However we will do our best to reschedule your experience just call us up to 24 hours in advance.
Can I be refused entry?
We reserve a right to refuse entry to any intoxicated or aggressive person. You can also be removed from the room if your behaviour is offensive or is causing damage to the premises.
Can children play?
All children under 14 must be accompanied by adult (at least one adult player per room).
If the participating kids are younger than 12, we require at least one adult person per every kid.
Some puzzles might be difficult for the smaller kids so recommended age is 12 or more, but younger kids can also take part in the game.
